Is It Too Late to Pivot Your Career?

Think it's too late to start a new career at 72? Think again!

Babs Costello did just that with her @brunchwithbabs lifestyle brand. In March 2020, at the age of 72, she posted her first TikTok (at the urging of her daughter Elizabeth Ariola), and four years later, she has over 8 million social media followers.

Babs shares recipes and life hacks and tells us that she is proud of each of us. She's made her way into our hearts and has become the internet's grandma in the process.

I had the privilege of interviewing her at the Ridgefield Library, and I'm honestly still processing the life lessons she shared—the types of lessons that I loved hearing from both of my grandmas (whom I miss dearly).

Thanks, Babs, for creating the content the world needs right now and for simply being you. ❤️

And to everyone reading, it's never too late to chase that dream, start something new, or reinvent yourself altogether.
